Our mission is to ensure a consistent supply of skilled talent for the logistics sector by providing training to youth. We focus on skill enhancement in line with Industry 4.0, offering upskilling and reskilling opportunities tailored to logistics functions. Through Naan Mudhalvan, our 45-day short-term training program is carefully crafted to equip candidates with the essential skills and knowledge for employment readiness.
Each module is tailored to align with specific Qualification Packs, ensuring that participants receive training that directly meets industry standards and expectations.
Additionally, our training approach emphasizes both technical proficiency and the development of soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. We recognize that these skills are vital for success in any professional environment, and we seamlessly integrate them into our training framework.
In essence, our short-term training program serves as a gateway to employment readiness, ensuring that candidates are not only trained but also fully prepared to tackle the challenges and seize the opportunities of today’s dynamic job market. Through Naan Mudhalvan, we have trained over 5,000 college students in various topics, with more than 75% successfully placed in different logistics industries.
