The Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC) and the Tamil Nadu Apex Skill Skill Development Center (TNASDC) have jointly identified specific courses aimed at enhancing employability for students pursuing commerce degrees across universities in Tamil Nadu. With funding from the Naan Mudhalvan program, MINDS Skill Development Academy has partnered with various organizations, including TNASDC and NEC, to implement these initiatives.
We have deployed our trainers across six universities in Tamil Nadu, delivering programs with a duration of 45 hours.
To date, we have successfully trained over 20,000 students in the following areas:
- Insurance Services and Operations
- Zoho Books
- Business Process Management
- Fintron
- FinPro
- Retail Banking and Wealth Management
- E-Commerce Laws, Regulations, and E-Payment Systems
- Banking, Lending, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs)
Through these programs, we are committed to equipping students with the skills necessary for success in their careers and arranged for placements.
FINTEC Courses
The FinTech industry in India is experiencing rapid growth, driven by technological innovation. To thrive in this dynamic landscape, the industry requires highly skilled professionals who can effectively navigate the myriad opportunities within the FinTech sector.
Our course is delivered through interactive live online sessions, specifically targeting students across Tamil Nadu. Over a duration of three months, the curriculum covers core FinTech modules, Block chain, UI/UX, and AI/ML.
To date, we have trained 800 students through this CSR initiative funded by Alpha Beta Technologies in collaboration with TNASDC, with an impressive 63% of our graduates successfully placed in the industry.
